Why am I doing this?
In Finland, I keep learning what food is all about. There are no limits only your own imagination.
I wanted high-quality, special products and since I did not find what I was looking for, I now make them myself.
The unusual creations such as reindeer bratwurst, elk sausage with blueberry powder, elk burger or elk jerky. These unusual products are available in the web shop.
My products are always available in a limited number of pieces, so that I can guarantee a freshness and quality. It can be that a product runs out and has to be reproduced again.
