Description
For an authentic experience:
- Defrost slowly in the fridge.
- Cut it very thin.
- Roast some bread, top it with salted butter.
- Give some lettuce and marinated onions on top the Elk Heart.
- Enjoy!

- Slat with nitrite
- Phosphate (stabilizer)
- Ascorbate (antioxidant)
